Emma's Photo Wall

Image
On my bookshelf, I put some photos of Emma to form a photo wall of Emma. Whenever I look up, I can see Emma's lovely and beautiful face. 在我的书架上,我贴了一些Emma的照片,形成了一面Emma的照片墙。每当我抬头的时候,就能看到Emma可爱的,漂亮的脸蛋。

Emma's Memories / Emma的回忆

I was very sad for the 3 days after Emma passed away. Sometimes I couldn't help crying when I thought of Emma. I have no appetite for eating, the taste in my mouth is like being sick, and even drinking water tastes sweet. The grief in the past two days was very serious. Sometimes my heart felt like a needle pricking me, and I would sigh from time to time. This is the first time I have encountered this situation in more than 30 years since I can remember. There are various signs that I may have "Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy", also known as "Broken-heart syndrome" "It's usually caused by severe emotional or physical stress. It usually heals on its own within a few days or months. I started feeling better on the afternoon of the third day. At noon on the third day, I ate three of my favorite foods, hamburgers. Finally, my taste was no longer so bland, and the water was no longer sweet. In those days, I also had some hallucinations and auditory hallucinations. ...

End, Beginning & FOREVER

Big Clumsy Cat (Emma's human servant): When the funeral home service staff saw Emma's final posture, they were all surprised. It was the first time they had seen this posture in more than ten years. Little do they know, Emma is a magical cat! I took Emma's ashes home, placed them in an urn, and placed them on a bookcase in my bedroom. Emma passed away and went to the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you to Emma’s friends who have accompanied her throughout her life. Your messages make Emma very happy. I will make a video of Emma's last moments and publish it. After that, Emma's instagram and Facebook pages will no longer be updated. Friends who like Emma, please follow my page (https://www.facebook.com/wxgigi0617), I will sometimes share some memories about Emma. But before that, please give me a few days, I need to calm down...
Big Clumsy Cat (Emma's human servant): With a "meow" that seemed to be deflated, I think that was Emma's last breath. I could no longer see the ups and downs of her body's breathing. She should have stopped breathing and her heart had stopped beating. But I think at this point, her brain is still alive, so I don't want to disturb her. At this time, it was about 8:40 pm. After 20 minutes, I moved the sofa away. What a relaxing pose Emma left behind! I wiped her mouth and body, gently picked her up and put her in a big cardboard box, which contained her toys, flowers, and most importantly, her Little Turtle. I contacted the funeral home and Emma will be cremated tomorrow morning.
Big Clumsy Cat (Emma's human servant): Just now, I heard Emma bark three times. This was her first bark today. I quickly ran over and found that she had peed. I wiped the urine. This was probably the last thing I, as a servant, did for her while she was alive. Because the gap was very small, Emma's front half was under the sofa, so I could only touch her back to comfort her. At this time, Emma's breathing was very weak. I think Death is waiting nearby.
Big Clumsy Cat (Emma's human servant): Emma didn't sleep all afternoon. She was now in another bedroom, a place she rarely visited. She lay on the bed first, and after a while, she wanted to jump on the window sill. It was a normal height, but she could no longer jump up to it. She lay on the floor under the window sill. I let her rest for a while and then carried her to the window sill. There was marble there, and although there was sunshine, the countertop was very cold, so I spread a small blanket. Emma looked at the scenery outside the window, what was she thinking? I think she might be saying goodbye to Little Sparrow! As the sun went down, I put Emma in her cat bed and placed it on the floor of the bathroom, which has floor heating. After I left, not long after, I found that she had left the bathroom. I finally found her in a corner of the living room. From the bathroom to the corner of the living room, it was usually like a walk for her. But now, she no longer has much p...
Big Clumsy Cat (Emma's human servant): This morning, I fed Emma twice and she basically swallowed it. But when I fed her for the third time at noon, she vomited a lot. When she finished vomiting, she was gasping for air, consuming what little energy she had left. Seeing her pain, I decided to give up and let her feel better. After I cleaned up, I took her back and let her rest.

Big Clumsy Cat (Emma's human servant): Emma was diagnosed with feline chronic kidney disease, stage 4! The blank space above is like the scene in my brain when I heard the doctor’s diagnosis report in the hospital. I really didn't expect that Emma would have this result! I originally thought it was a tooth problem, and the worst case scenario would be tooth extraction! The doctor said that Emma was very weak now and had low body temperature. She would probably not wake up from anesthesia, so intubation feeding was not possible. The only way was to get an intravenous injection, and stay in the hospital for a day. The injection lasted for more than 10 hours, and I needed to be taken home at night because there was no one in the hospital at night. If your physical strength can recover within 3 days, you can be anesthetized and intubated for feeding, but this is uncertain. In addition, even if she can recover this time, it will only be to extend her life, because this symptom is ir...

Big Clumsy Cat (Emma's human servant): Today, I used high-speed photography to shoot Emma's tongue and captured one of the pictures. As the picture shows, Emma has ulcers on the underside of her tongue, or other conditions, on both sides. I thought it might hurt every time she stuck her tongue out, so she stopped eating and grooming. She also started drooling and had bad breath. Tomorrow, I will take her to the doctor. Today she refused the sticky food and when I forced it into her mouth she spit it all out. But she is willing to drink goat milk, and I am also giving her vitamin tablets. For the first time, she peed outside the cat's toilet. I think she didn't want to dirty her paws because her tongue hurt and she couldn't clean her paws, so she simply stopped touching the cat litter. After all, cleaning is the responsibility of human servants. She spent a lot of time sleeping today and had no energy. She used to come running when I called her every time she ate, bu...
Big Clumsy Cat (Emma 's human servant): Emma might be sick and I need to keep an eye on her. Let Emma rest first.
Big Clumsy Cat (Emma's human servant): Emma no longer eats solid food. I soaked the solid food in water, made it viscous, and force-fed her. Tomorrow I will give her goat's milk and vitamin tablets to maintain her strength. I suspected there was something wrong with her tongue because some of her tongue movements were abnormal, but I didn't notice anything when she opened her mouth. She's not very active right now.
